Yes. We are registered with the UK Civil Aviation Authority (Operator ID), our pilot holds a CAA Flyer ID, and we carry drone third-party liability insurance, which UK law requires for paid work. Every flight is planned within the CAA rules on where we can fly and how close we can get to people. Documentation is available on request.

Packages start at £199 for a single-site shoot including planning, up to 1.5 hours on site and up to 20 photos or 10 minutes of video. Half-day (£585) and full-day (£990) packages include surveys, mapping and all footage captured.

We are based in Bristol and cover the whole South West and South Wales, including Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Newport, Swindon and Taunton. Travel is charged at £0.45 a mile each way from central Bristol: Bath (about 13 miles away) comes to about £12 in total.

We monitor the forecast in the days before your booking. If it is not safe to fly, we rebook at no cost, and you are never charged for a weather cancellation.

Most places, with planning. Some airspace (near airports, prisons and certain infrastructure) needs additional permission, which we arrange as part of your booking. The free consultation will flag anything that affects your site.

Unedited media is typically delivered within a few working days via secure download. Edited deliverables follow the editing schedule agreed at booking. Everything is backed up for 12 months.

You receive full usage rights for your own marketing and records. If you need exclusive rights, media licences are available from £360 for one year up to £1,800 for unlimited exclusive use.

No. VAT is not applicable to our prices. The price you see is the price you pay, plus travel at £0.45 a mile each way and any third-party permits your site requires.
